CNL is a rare subtype of MPNs characterized by persistent neutrophilia, bone marrow hypercellularity, and specific genetic mutations, particularly in the gene. Advances in molecular diagnostics have greatly enhanced our understanding of CNL, distinguishing it from other myeloproliferative disorders and refining diagnostic criteria. This review provides an updated overview of CNL, focusing on breakthroughs in genetic profiling, including novel mutations with potential prognostic value and implications for targeted therapy.

The aim of the study is to measure the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) of children and their caregivers for each renal replacement modality, specifically dialysis and transplant.
Methods: This study is a single-center cross-sectional study that was carried out at King Fahad Specialist Hospital in Dammam (KFSH-D).
Folic acid (FA), with its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, may offer protection against ischemia-reperfusion (IR) injury. This study investigated whether FA safeguards rat kidneys from IR by targeting high mobility group box-1 (HMGB1), a key inflammatory mediator. Fifty adult male Wistar rats were randomly allocated into four groups: control, IR, IR + FA pretreatment, and FA alone.

This study aimed to investigate the potential reno-protective effect of the S1R agonist afobazole against streptozotocin (STZ)-induced DN in rats compared to metformin.
Materials And Methods: Rats were split into six groups: the normal control group; the diabetic control group received STZ (55 mg/kg i.
The seismic refraction technique has demonstrated its efficiency as a cost-effective geophysical approach for bedrock investigation, which is very important for major construction projects. In the southern part of New Qena City, in the Eastern Desert of Egypt, construction of many domestic facilities is planned. Therefore, a prior investigation focusing on bedrock is required to validate the site for construction and other projects.
