Objective: To explore core elements from Teachers' Relational Competence in general practice literature regarding building relationships in consultations, specifying actions doctors take to create and maintain relationship quality with patients. This systematic literature review aims to map and propose a similar framework for the doctor-patient relationship.

Evaluation of a football fitness implementation initiative for an older adult population in a small-scale island society.

Background: The proportion of older people increases globally, which calls for sustainable interventions promoting healthy aging. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate the potential of Football Fitness as a sustainable model to promote quality of life, mental health, and physical function for older adult.

Methods: The study was conducted in collaboration with a municipality, a football club, and a university, and was designed as a randomized controlled trial.

Interventions promoting recovery from depression for patients transitioning from outpatient mental health services to primary care: A scoping review.

Introduction: Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) is one of the most prevalent mental disorders worldwide with significant personal and public health consequences. After an episode of MDD, the likelihood of relapse is high. Therefore, there is a need for interventions that prevent relapse of depression when outpatient mental health care treatment has ended.

Algorithm for predicting valvular heart disease from heart sounds in an unselected cohort.

Objective: This study aims to assess the ability of state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms to detect valvular heart disease (VHD) from digital heart sound recordings in a general population that includes asymptomatic cases and intermediate stages of disease progression.

Methods: We trained a recurrent neural network to predict murmurs from heart sound audio using annotated recordings collected with digital stethoscopes from four auscultation positions in 2,124 participants from the Tromsø7 study. The predicted murmurs were used to predict VHD as determined by echocardiography.

Factors affecting point-of-care ultrasound implementation in general practice: a survey in Danish primary care clinics.

Objective: The implementation of point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) in general practice varies, but it is unknown what determines this variation. The purpose of this study was to explore (1) the overall proportion of POCUS-users among general practitioners (GPs), (2) the current use of POCUS by GPs, (3) factors related to the implementation of POCUS in general practice and (4) GPs' concerns related to POCUS use in general practice.

Design: An online survey was distributed in June 2019.
