[Duodenal varices. Review of the literature apropos of a case].

The authors report a case of digestive hemorrhage secondary to isolated duodenal varicosities, in a patient with ethylic cirrhosis. The diagnosis done through optical fibroscope was confirmed by arteriography. The evolution was unfavorable.
