[Epidemiological profile and analysis of predictive factors of organ donation refusal in the Moroccan population].

Organ donation is influenced by several factors. A better understanding of the reasons for organ donation refusal would allow an increase in the number of donors. The objective of our study is to assess the knowledge and position of the general Moroccan population considering organ donation and to determine the factors that influence their positions.

Mucosal urinary secretion revealing adenocarcinoma of urachus.

Introduction: Urachus adenocarcinoma is an extremely rare malignant tumor characterized by its insidious evolution responsible for the delay in diagnosis. Several scientific works have tried to study the indication of adjuvant treatment, therefore the prognosis is still poor.

Presentation Of Case: We report the case of a 50-year-old patient with no pathological history who consulted for an episode of intermittent urinary mucosal secretion aggravated by the appearance of macroscopic hematuria.

Foreskin necrosis - Complication following self-circumcision.

Male circumcision (MC) seems to be practiced since ancient times by Muslims and Jewish, and it is considered as commandment. Attempts at self-circumcision for any reason are very rare in our country. This article aims to highlight another case of self-circumcision in a 30 year-old male, using a sharp vegetable knife.

Lesion of the urethra and corpus spongiosum in the event of a misstep of the coitus without fracture of the corpus cavernosum: About one case.

Introduction: Traumatic lesions of the anterior urethra during coitus strikes are essentially described as lesions associated with 20 percent of corpus cavernosum fractures. However, no cases of isolated lesions of the urethra and corpus spongiosum in the context of sexual trauma seem to be reported in the literature. Thus, we report the observation of a patient who was diagnosed with a corpus spongiosum fracture associated with a penile urethra injury during a coitus lapse.

Urachal carcinoma revealed by isolated hematuria.

Urachal carcinoma is an aggressive and rare neoplasia of bladder cancer involving the urachus. The diagnostic failure is due to its insidious development as well as its non-specific clinical signs. Management constitutes a real dilemma for urological surgeons.
