The current literature is poor with studies handling the role of laparoscopy in managing diaphragmatic eventration (DE). Herein, we describe our experience regarding the role of laparoscopy in managing DE patients presenting mainly with gastrointestinal symptoms. We retrospectively reviewed the data of 20 patients who underwent laparoscopic diaphragmatic plication between January 2010 and December 2018.
