The present study aims to explore the potential biomarker application of salivary heat shock 70 kDa protein in detecting thermal stress in dairy animals noninvasively. The study spans for 45 days during the mid-summer season (April-May), involving twelve multiparous non-pregnant adult Jersey crossbred cows by randomly allocating them into groups (six animals in each group). The control animals were maintained in the shed, whereas the thermal stress group animals were exposed to environment heat between 10:00 h to 16.

Materials And Methods: Five milliliters of blood were drawn using a syringe from 60 participants (systemically healthy non-diabetics, diabetics, and smokers) who were diagnosed with chronic periodontitis. Five milliliters of blood were transferred to a dry glass tube.
Estrogen receptor-α (ER- α) is a principal endocrine regulatory protein in breast cancer. The progression of ER-α positive breast cancer is slowed by selective estrogen receptor modulators such as Tamoxifen. But, long term therapy with Tamoxifen leads to resistance.

Materials And Methods: The current study included 75 molar teeth that were extracted due to periodontal disease. After that, 25 samples were randomly assigned using a simple random technique to the three different agent groups, group A: Scaling and root planing (SRP) and application of SofScale agent, group B: SRP and application of QMix agent, group C: SRP and application of MTAD agent.
