Bacteriophages Biscayne, Bush and GreenIvy were isolated from soil samples in Miami, FL using NRRL B-24224 as host. Transmission electron microscopy shows siphoviral morphologies for all three phages. Based on gene content similarity to other actinobacteriophages, they are assigned to the EE, GA and EA5 clusters, respectively.

Using this technique, participants become aware of their HRV through real-time feedback and can self-regulate it.
Objective: The aim of this study was 2-fold: first, to develop a serious game that applies the HRVB technique to teach participants to self-regulate HRV and, second, to test the app with participants in a pilot study.
Background: Synovial Sarcoma (SS) is a rare soft tissue sarcoma. Mean time to get a SS diagnosis from the onset of symptoms is 10 years, furthermore, SS is associated with late metastasis. Surgery is the main treatment option, whose quality deeply affects SS outcomes, and it can be associated to preoperative or post-operative radiotherapy.
