Skeletal Class III malocclusion (Cl III) presents a significant orthodontic challenge, particularly in growing patients, requiring interceptive treatment to achieve effective functional and aesthetic correction. This review aims to compare various orthopedic devices and therapeutic protocols used in Cl III correction, identifying the most effective options in an interceptive context. We searched the PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science databases for studies published between 1 January 2003, and 19 July 2023.

To fully respond to the provisions of the Judicial Authority relating to the care of minors and/or young adults subjected to judicial measures and affected by mental suffering and/or substance abuse, also with a view to a possible provision of placement in a therapeutic community, the UOSD "Protection of the Health of Adults and Minors in the Penal Area" - ASL Salerno has ensured operations through the establishment of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, made up of a psychiatrist, psychologist and social worker, as required by DGRC 567/2018, or as the only interface with the Judicial Authority in reference to healthcare. This article aims to describe the birth of the EMM (Equipe Multidisciplinare Minori), and of the methods used to take care of minors and/or young adult offenders affected by mental suffering and/or substance abuse. The article examines a sample of 207 minors, relating to the years 2018-2022, to highlight the most critical areas.

Aim: This research aims to explore and evaluate various sedation strategies used in paediatric dentistry, focusing on effectively and safely addressing dental anxiety to improve cooperation during dental treatment in paediatric patients.

Materials: To identify relevant studies for this systematic review, the Scopus, Web of Science and PubMed databases were used, combining the terms "sedation" with "pediatric dentistry" or "pedodontics" through the Boolean operators "AND" and "OR". Only literature published in English within the last ten years was included.

The current review aims to evaluate the scientific evidence relating to the effectiveness of treatment with clear aligners (CAs) in controlling distalization orthodontic tooth movement. "Orthodontics, aligners" and "distalization" were the search terms used on the Scopus, Web of Science and Pubmed databases with the Boolean operator "AND". The results of the last ten years of research were 146 studies; of these, 19 publications were included for this review.
