We report a case of Behcet's disease in a pregnant woman associated with secondary Frosted Branch Angiitis (FBA). FBA is a rare entity characterized by a florid translucent retinal perivascular sheathing of both arterioles and venules, with variable uveitis, retinal oedema and visual loss. To our knowledge, this is the first published report of FBA secondary to Behcet's disease in pregnancy.

Retrospective examinations comprised 26 patients with idiopathic, spastic blepharospasm, who received injections of botulinum A toxin subcutaneously or into orbicular muscle of eye. In 6 cases complete recovery was achieved. In all patients, symptoms subsided for a mean period of 12.

Three members of a family in one generation were affected by a pattern dystrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium. The patients present typical hyperpigmented macular RPE lesions in a butterfly-shaped to (macro-)reticular pattern, and were all asymptomatic. Examination of 26 family members in 3 generations suggests autosomal recessive inheritance.
