[Development of urea, creatinine and creatinine clearance as a function of age and sex].

Serum urea and creatinine concentrations were determined in 150 healthy subjects. The formula of Cockcroft and Gault was used in order to calculate creatinine clearance. Such estimation of creatinine clearance is widely used as a parameter for individualization of dosage of drugs secreted primary via the kidneys.
