The study aimed to investigate changes in morphology, structural properties, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and interbinding mechanisms of the micro-nano particles of aroma-containing compounds (MNPs-ACCs) in roasted ducks subjected to different roasting times (0, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 min) with varied filtration scales (centrifugation, microfiltration, and ultrafiltration). The presence of MNPs-ACCs in roasted ducks was confirmed by the Tyndall effect, scanning electron microscopy, and electronic nose. These particles showed negative charge, increased size and ζ-potential, and decreased dispersion index with roasting times.

Diabetic nephropathy (DN), a leading cause of end-stage renal disease, presents significant challenges due to its complex pathophysiology and limited effective treatment options. Increasing evidence suggests that tubular injury is an early event preceding glomerular damage in DN. Wogonoside, a natural flavonoid derived from Scutellaria baicalensis, has not been previously reported for DN treatment.

The Ξ_{b}^{0(-)}→Ξ_{c}(3055)^{+(0)}(→D^{+(0)}Λ)π^{-} decay chains are observed, and the spin-parity of Ξ_{c}(3055)^{+(0)} baryons is determined for the first time. The measurement is performed using proton-proton collision data at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13  TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4  fb^{-1}, recorded by the LHCb experiment between 2016 and 2018.

Glucose homeostasis is, in part, nutritionally programmed during early neonatal life, a critical window for synapse formation between hypothalamic glucoregulatory centers. Although microglia prune synapses throughout the brain, their role in refining hypothalamic glucoregulatory circuits remains unclear. Here, we show that the phagocytic activity of microglia in the mediobasal hypothalamus (MBH) is induced following birth, regresses upon weaning from maternal milk, and is exacerbated by feeding dams a high-fat diet while lactating.

Background: Cervical cancer (CC), primarily caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, remains a significant global health concern. We aimed to comprehensively investigate the epidemiological status of HPV in China.

Methods: Data from 2,728,321 women undergoing routine cervical examinations at 2127 medical institutions nationwide from January 2017 to June 2023 were analyzed.
