[Clinical effectiveness of nadroparin calcium in the surgical treatment of breast cancer].

The report deals with an assessment of frequency of fatal thromboembolic complications after surgery for breast cancer, in particular, frequency and severity of the side-effects of calcium nadroparin treatment as a component of surgical preparation. Considering the low incidence of thromboembolic complications in such patients and the side-effects of anti-coagulant therapy, it is suggested that decisions be made on a strictly individual basis under stringent clinical control.

[Etiotropic treatment of patients with early uterine carcinoma as a basis for prevention of relapses and complications].

In this paper, consideration is given to the role that etiological and pathogenetic factors have in the development of malignant tumours. Prevention of possible recurrencies and complications in patients with incipient forms of hysterocarcinoma warrant etiotropic treatment which has been shown to be effective and essential for the object to succeed in.

[Comparative study of the reactability of phosphoric acid residues in tRNA(Ser) and tRNA(Leu) from Thermus thermophilus].

The reactivity of phosphates in the Thermus thermophilus tRNA(Ser) (GCU) and tRNA(Leu) (CAG) was studied using the ethylnitrosourea modification. It was shown that phosphates of nucleotides 58-60 (T loop), 20-22 (D loop), and 48 (at the junction of the variable and T stems) were poorly modified in both tRNAs. The most pronounced differences in the reactivity were observed for phosphates at the junctions of the variable stem with T-stem (47q, 49) and anticodon stem (45).
