Childhood sinusitis.

Childhood sinusitis is difficult to diagnose. It is classified on the basis of duration of inflammation--acute or chronic--and cause of inflammation--infectious or noninfectious. Infectious sinusitis is often a result of obstruction of the osteomeatal complex.
