Background: Globally, more than 815 million estimated people worldwide suffer from malnutrition or are unable to access enough food due to malnutrition. Conflict remains the single most fundamental factor contributing to chronic malnutrition in the conflict-affected areas. Developing a healthy and balanced dietary pattern is essential for school children because their habits in this period may last longer.

In this study, we used bootstrapped survival trees to identify a combination of biomarkers to predict CKD progression in children.
Methods: The CKiD Cohort Study prospectively enrolled children 6 months to 16 years old with an eGFR of 30-90 ml/min/1.
Purpose: Uncorrected visual impairment (VI) significantly impacts life quality and exacerbates age-related health issues. Social determinants of health (SDOH) are associated with uncorrected VI, but quantitative evidence is limited. This study investigated the link between SDOH and uncorrected VI among aging adults to identify disparities and improve vision care.

However, the pathogenesis of enthesitis is not well understood, so treatment strategies are limited. A clinically relevant animal model of enthesitis would allow investigators to determine mechanisms driving the disease and evaluate novel therapies.
