A 25-year-old woman with a history of frequent urinary tract infections and dribbling urinary incontinence since early childhood was referred to our urology clinic. An accurate investigation revealed a complete right ureteral duplication, with a dysplastic upper-pole renal moiety and an ectopic right ureter draining into the vagina. The patient underwent surgical exploration which confirmed the diagnosis.

Methods: We present two cases of man with bilateral congenital cryptorchidism diagnosed in the adult.
Objective: Metastases to the urinary bladder are rare, representing less than 2% of bladder tumors. We report two cases of bladder involvement by primary gastric adenocarcinoma and perform a bibliographic review of the literature on this subject.
Methods: A search for published data was performed in the PubMed database using the key words "bladder", "secondary malignant tumors" and "metastatic gastric carcinoma".
Modern medicine incorporates minimally invasive approaches in virtually all areas of surgery, and its application will continue to expand. The laparoscopic approach to many complex procedures is accompanied by a long learning curve that is not easily overcome or bypassed. Current training methods involve box trainers, virtual reality simulators, and live animal models that all attempt to replicate laparoscopic scenarios with varying degrees of success.
