We report a case of recurrence pneumocephalus in a 42-year-old man who underwent transnasal CSF leak repair for left lateral sphenoid meningocele, with thecoperitoneal(TP) shunt. The pneumocephalus was attributed to negative intracranial pressure created by an over draining shunt in the presence of multiple skull base defects.

Introduction: With little evidence available in the literature, this study tries to clinically determine the efficiency and outcomes of non-surgical management of post-traumatic Zygomaticomaxillary complex (ZMC) fractures.
Materials And Methods: One hundred and three patients with post-traumatic isolated ZMC fractures managed conservatively for various reasons were identified. The patients were classified based on the Zingg et al.

Furthermore, advancements in multifunctional nanocomposites synthesis pave the enhanced possibility for their use in water treatment system design. The adsorption towards microbial elimination has been reviewed and compared in this review article using four common kinds of nanomaterials: carbon materials, metal oxides, metal/metal oxides, polymeric metal oxide nanocomposites and their most important mechanistic behavior also discussed.

Both locoregional and microvascular flaps have been extensively used based on operator and patient factors. This paper focuses on the outcomes of a simplified approach for reconstruction of large buccal mucosa defects with posterior extent using a combination of two loco regional flaps.
