Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate caregiver burden and factors associated with caregiver burden in caregivers of adults with epilepsy.

Materials And Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted with 107 patients with epilepsy and 107 their primary caregivers. Personal information form including sociodemographic data and Zarit Caregiver Burden Inventory (ZBI), were used for caregivers, and patient information form, Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), Epilepsy Quality of Life Scale (QoLIE-31) and Stigma Scale were used for patients.

Hygroscopic biological matter in plants, fungi and bacteria make up a large fraction of Earth's biomass. Although metabolically inert, these water-responsive materials exchange water with the environment and actuate movement and have inspired technological uses. Despite the variety in chemical composition, hygroscopic biological materials across multiple kingdoms of life exhibit similar mechanical behaviours including changes in size and stiffness with relative humidity.

Introduction: According to the Graf method, mature Type 1 hips will not worsen overtime. However, some cases have been reported in literature of hips which were initially Graf Type 1 hips and then worsened later. Our aim is to show the mistakes of the hip sonograms, which had been diagnosed as a mature Graf Type 1 hips.
