[Diagnostic support of arthrographic study in recent sprains of the ankle].

The Authors assert, through the valuation of forty recent cases of ankle injury, submitted to the arthrographic research, the validity of such method for the valuation of ligament injuries and for the topographic orientation of the same injuries.

[Arthrography of the operated meniscus].

The authors performed 20 double contrast arthrographits in syntomatic patients after meniscectomy. The results demonstrate that the lesions occur more frequently in partially excised menisc compared with totally existed ones. In some cases no meniscal regeneration has been found for menisci excised 2 to 4 years before.

[Arthrography of the hip in the diagnosis of prosthetic dislocation. Method and results].

The authors had first experiences of hip arthrography in prostheses loosening in 1967. Now they explain the results obtained in 51 cases, aknowledging the limits of such a method in a few cases, but generally accepting the value of it for correct therapeutic choices.
