Introduction/aim: The partial deployment technique (PDT) is an unconventional option of T-branch deployment to allow target arteries (TAs) cannulation/stenting from the upper arm access, in case of narrow (NPA: <25mm) or severely angulated (APA: >60°) aorta. Aim of this study was to report outcomes of the endovascular repair of complex aortic (c-AAAs) and thoracoabdominal (TAAAs) aneurysms by T-branch and PDT.

Methods: All consecutive patients underwent urgent endovascular repair of c-AAAs and TAAAs by T-branch (Cook-Medical, Bloomington, IN, US) and PDT from 2021 to 2023 were analyzed.

Objectives: Neuropsychiatric symptoms, such as apathy, disinhibition and irritability, are common in Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). The Frontal Behaviour Inventory (FBI) is a useful instrument for the evaluation of behavioural disorders in neurodegenerative diseases. The main goal of the present study was to explore the psychometric properties of the FBI in PSP.

Objectives: Aim of the study was to analyse the impact of preoperative thoracoabdominal aneurysm diameter on the outcomes of fenestrated/branched endografting.

Methods: Patients who underwent endovascular thoracoabdominal repair at 2 European centres (2011-2021) were analysed. Median diameter was calculated; the third quartile was considered a cut-off.

Objectives: Thoracic/abdominal aortic aneurysms and aortic stenosis may be concomitant diseases requiring both transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) and endovascular aneurysm repair (T/EVAR) in high-risk patients for surgical approaches, but temporal management is not clearly defined yet. The aim of the study was to analyse outcomes of simultaneous versus staged TAVI and T/EVAR.

Methods: Retrospective observational multicentre study was performed on patients requiring TAVI and T/EVAR from 2016 to 2022.
