The decarbonisation of residential heating is crucial if the net-zero target in the United Kingdom is going to be achieved. This paper describes methods to produce data to quantify the impacts of residential heat decarbonisation on the energy supply infrastructure across England and Wales. For the year 2018, annual heat demand for a range of dwellings was estimated for almost 35,000 local areas (known as Lower Layer Super Output Areas: LSOAs).

Objectives: To assess the performance of interferon-gamma release assays (IGRAs) in the differential diagnosis between Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) and tuberculosis (TB) in children affected with subacute/chronic submandibular/cervical lymphadenitis.

Study Design: Multicenter observational study comparing children with microbiologically confirmed MAC lymphadenitis from the European NontuberculouS MycoBacterial Lymphadenitis in childrEn study with children with TB lymphadenitis from the Spanish Network for the Study of Pediatric TB database.

Results: Overall, 78 patients with MAC and 34 with TB lymphadenitis were included.

Purpose: The ability to identify, before treatment, those patients who will overreact to radiation therapy would have sound positive clinical implications. By focusing on DNA double-strand breaks recognition and repair proteins after irradiation, we recently demonstrated that the maximal number of phosphorylated ATM (pATM) nuclear foci in the first hour (pATMmax) after ex vivo irradiation correlated with postradiation therapy toxicity severity. We performed additional analyses of our whole collection of fibroblast lines to refine the predictive performance of our assay.

Purpose: To examine the possibility of predicting clinical radiosensitivity by quantifying the nuclear forms of autophosphorylated ATM protein (pATM) via a specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).

Methods And Materials: This study was performed on 30 skin fibroblasts from 9 radioresistant patients and 21 patients with adverse tissue reaction events. Patients were divided into 2 groups: radioresistant (toxicity grade <2) and radiosensitive (toxicity grade ≥2).
