Background: Breast cancer, a potential traumatic stressor, may be accompanied by positive changes, such as post-traumatic growth (PTG), which may allow patients to overcome this stressful event more easily. Our aim was to identify factors associated with PTG in breast cancer survivors (BCSs).
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study in Seintinelles volunteers who answered online questionnaires.
: This study aimed to evaluate the recurrence rates at three years for upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) cases managed conservatively, using Narrow Band Imaging (NBI)-assisted flexible ureteroscopy and Holmium laser vaporization. : The study group included 61 patients who were diagnosed with NBI-assisted visualization with superficial pyelo-calyceal urothelial tumor lesions, treated conservatively by the flexible ureteroscopic approach and Holmium laser vaporization, also assisted by NBI. This was compared with a control group with the same number of cases, which underwent the same procedure, but without NBI technology.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFAconitine is a highly poisonous C-diterpenoid alkaloid identified and isolated from the species of the genus Aconitine is indicated in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and, due to its neurotoxic effects, is a very effective drug in pain release. A total of 101 relevant scientific papers were manually searched on the Web of Science, Scopus, Science Direct, Google Scholar, PubMed and Dovepress databases and in the books available in the library of the Department of Natural Sciences, the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, Pitesti University Centre, Romania. In combination treatments, aconitine shows antiarrhythmic and anti-inflammatory activity, a synergistic antiproliferative effect and decreased reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, an improved biodistribution and bioavailability.

The correct bioprinting parameters ensure a fast and accurate bioink deposition without exposing the cells to harsh conditions. This study seeks to optimize pneumatic extrusion-based bioprinting based on hydrogel flow rate and extrusion speed measurements.

Our objective was to identify factors associated with HRQoL in breast cancer survivors (BCSs) and cancer-free women (CFWs).
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study in Seintinelles volunteers who answered online questionnaires between September 15, 2020 and February 5, 2021.
