Background: Frailty is a known determinant of poor clinical outcomes in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). However, prevalence estimates and effect sizes vary in part due to multiple tools available to measure frailty.
Objectives: This study aimed to compare the prevalence and prognostic value of six commonly used frailty assessments in adults with HFpEF.
Introduction: Vitamin D deficiency is an important problem when facing a viral disease. Vitamin D deficiency is widely prevalent in India and plays an important role in immunoregulation. The deficiency can lead to severe viral infections.

An annular ring on the radiating plane and novel isolator structure on the ground plane are etched over a Rogers RT/Duorid (5870 tm) substrate to achieve high performance antenna for mm wave applications. A systematic study is performed, and an optimized single port antenna (Design-4) is selected among Designs (1-4).

This has catalyzed collaboration between cardiologists, hepatologists, endocrinologists, and the wider multidisciplinary team to address the need for earlier identification of those with MASLD who are at increased risk for CVD. The overlap in the pathophysiologic processes and parallel prevalence of CVD, metabolic syndrome, and MASLD highlight the multisystem consequences of poor cardiovascular-liver-metabolic health.

The COORDINATE-Diabetes randomized clincal trial evaluated a multi-faceted intervention to increase the use of evidence-based therapies for reducing cardiovascular risk among participants with diabetes and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. This analysis reports the discontinuation rate of SGLT-2i and GLP-1RA in follow up and summarises the clinician-reported reasons underlying these decisions.
