Objectives: To examine real-world characteristics, journey, and outcomes among patients with locoregional, nonmetastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC).
Methods: A retrospective analysis of medical records from the ConcertAI Oncology Dataset was performed on adults in the United States with newly diagnosed nonmetastatic RCC between January 2012-December 2017 who received surgical treatment, and were followed until August 2021. Patients were stratified based on the risk of recurrence after nephrectomy.
Background: Bevacizumab-awwb (MVASI) was the first U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved biosimilar to Avastin (reference product [RP]) for the treatment of several different types of cancers, including metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), an indication approved based on extrapolation.

Although the direct health care costs of PAH have been well described, there are few data regarding indirect costs and productivity loss associated with PAH. Patient data were assessed until the earliest of death, end of full-time employment, end of continuous enrollment, or end of study period.

Thus, this study examined treatment patterns before and after hospitalization in the US-specific population.
Methods: Adult PAH patients in the United States were identified using the Optum Clinformatics database from January 1, 2014, to June 30, 2019, and were required to have continuous health plan enrollment for at least 6 months prior to the first (index) hospitalization through at least 90 days post-discharge.
Purpose: This study compared treatment patterns of Turkish patients with a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who were treated with innovator Remicade (infliximab [IFX]) and either continued IFX or switched to CT-P13.
Materials And Methods: Adult RA patients with ≥1 IFX claim were identified from the Turkish Ministry of Health database. Eligible patients initiated and continued IFX treatment (continuers cohort [CC]) or initiated IFX and switched to CT-P13 (switchers cohort [SC]) during the study period.
