[Hypothalamic syndromes. Review of clinical and endocrinal semiology].

A case of hypothalamic dysfunction in a girl with a twelve-year follow-up is reported. Onset occurred at the age of three with severe obesity, hypothermia, hypersomnia, and lethargy. Somatotropic, gonadotropic, and thyrotropic hormones were low, whereas prolactin was increased.
