Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) has revealed that some cancer cell lines include distinct subpopulations. Here, we present clusterCleaver, a computational package that uses metrics of statistical distance to identify candidate surface markers maximally unique to transcriptomic subpopulations in scRNA-seq which may be used for FACS isolation.

This behavioural experiment had 31 participants perform a task switch paradigm in which participants were required to switch between 4 tasks of varying similarity. The experiment was constructed in a way that simultaneously allows for investigating the impact of mental fatigue and task-rule congruency on the participants.
