Rayleigh-Taylor instability (RTI) is observed in soft materials that have significant resistance to yield. Estimating the instability threshold is critical to several engineering applications and has been the topic of several studies in past decades. However, limited attention has been given to the elastic-to-plastic (EP) transition threshold, where material properties vary significantly.

Effects of adding interactive videogames to conventional rehabilitation program on radiological progression and upper extremity motor function in patients with hemiplegic stroke: a preliminary study.

Objectives: To investigate the effects of adding interactive videogames to conventional rehabilitation programmes on radiological progression and upper extremity functional status.

Patients And Methods: A total of 18 patients with hemiplegic stroke were randomized into two groups as conventional rehabilitation (control) group ( = 9), and the conventional rehabilitation + interactive videogames (intervention) group ( = 9). Each group received a 4-week program (5 days/week).
