Hospital logistics automation applied to the dispensing of medicines to patients in care transition (hospital discharge or outpatient visit) offers significant opportunities to improve risk management and ensure the quality of healthcare. Introduction: Dermatologic manifestations of diseases in solid organ transplant recipients are common due to long-term immunosuppression.

Case Presentation: We present the case of a 63-year-old man with a kidney transplant who exhibited subcutaneous nodules on lower extremities, cytopenia, and asymptomatic pulmonary infiltrate. Through a skin biopsy and 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) sequencing, was identified.

Among the many social determinants linked to adolescent alcohol use and depression, racial and ethnic discrimination is a prevalent determinant among Latinx adolescents and adults that is largely overlooked in preventive interventions. This study explored the influence of perceived racial and ethnic discrimination on depressive symptoms and alcohol use intentions among Latinx adolescents. Additionally, the study explored the cross-generational effects of how mothers' perceived discrimination impacts the depressive symptoms and alcohol use of the adolescent.

CAR CD4 T cell lymphopenia is an emerging issue following CAR-T cell therapy. We analyzed the determinants of CD4 T cell recovery and a possible association with survival in 31 consecutive patients treated with commercial CAR-T for diffuse large B-cell (DLBCL) or mantle cell lymphoma.
