Introduction: PSA screening remains a pivotal tool for early prostate cancer (PCa) detection. International guidelines rely on evidence from three major randomized clinical trials: ERSPC, PLCO, and CAP. Background: Stigma against persons living with substance use disorders (PLSUD) fosters social and health inequities.

Aim: We aimed to map different populations targeted by antistigma interventions, analyze specific characteristics of these interventions, and identify and categorize the theoretical frameworks used in these interventions.

Methods: We examined randomized controlled trials and quasi or pre-experimental studies targeting stigma against PLSUD.

Development of Scalable Elastic Gelatin Hydrogel Films Crosslinked with Waterborne Polyurethane for Enhanced Mechanical Properties and Strain Recovery.

Exploiting novel crosslinking chemistry, this study pioneers the use of waterborne polyurethane (WPU) to chemically crosslink porcine-derived gelatin, producing enhanced gelatin hydrogel films through a solvent-casting method. Our innovative approach harnesses the reactive isocyanate groups of WPU, coupling them effectively with gelatin's hydroxyl and primary amino groups to form robust urea and urethane linkages within the hydrogel matrix. This method not only preserves the intrinsic elasticity of polyurethane but also significantly augments the films' tensile strength and strain.

Challenges and recommendations for enhancing digital data protection in Indian Medical Research and Healthcare Sector.

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 of India provides a regulatory framework for use and security of personal digital data. However, instances, wherein the patients consult the clinicians via digital means of communication: the implications of DPDPA, 2023 for the medical personnel remain unclear. This paper critically discusses the gray areas encountered in the Indian medical ecosystem and DPDPA, 2023 and; lists the recommendations to address them.
