5 patients (1 woman, 4 men) with mucoceles of the paranasal sinuses were hospitalized in ENT Department in Kalisz from 1992 to 2001. In two cases mucocele was in frontal sinus and penetrated to orbita, in next two cases it was in maxillary sinus. In the case of woman mucocele was in ethmomaxillary complexus and destroyed medial and inferior orbit's walles.
