Here we report the case of a patient with cutaneous leishmaniasis, who was referred to our clinic in Yazd, Iran. On examining the patient, who was a housekeeper, we found a small plaque in the palmoplantar region due to cutaneous leishmaniasis. She had not any history from an identical case in this patient.
