Mapping resilience and co-occurring theoretical constructs in nurses: a scoping review protocol.

Objective: The aim of this scoping review is to map the concept of resilience and its measurement along with co-occurring theoretical constructs within nursing research using the COVID-19 pandemic as a critical date range for the current evidence.

Introduction: Resilience has a wide variety of definitions in research literature and is often measured through its co-occurring theoretical constructs. Nurse resilience is a key element in interventions targeting nurse well-being and has been tied to burnout and mental health.

Fidelity to Common Elements of Coordinated Specialty Care: Outcomes of Clients With First-Episode Psychosis.

Objective: The present study examined whether clients enrolled in coordinated specialty care (CSC) programs for first-episode psychosis (FEP) across 22 states and territories showed improved clinical and functional outcomes and assessed whether program- or client-level predictors were associated with client outcomes. The study included CSC programs that subscribe to a variety of models, including Early Assessment and Support Alliance, OnTrack, and NAVIGATE.

Methods: Deidentified demographic and outcome data were collected from clients (N=770) receiving CSC services in 36 programs at the time of program entry and every 6 months for up to 18 months.

Neonatal Miliaria Pustulosa-A Case Series.

Background/objectives: Miliaria pustulosa is a noninfectious, transient skin eruption of pustules overlying erythematous plaques secondary to obstruction of eccrine glands. There are very few case reports in the literature detailing miliaria pustulosa in neonates. When presenting in neonates, its similarity to life-threatening infections may cause diagnostic confusion.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Efforts in Graduate Medical Education: Identifying Opportunities for Collaborative Learning.

Physician-patient racial and cultural concordance is essential to address health care disparities. Yet, limited literature on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) outcomes in graduate medical education (GME) suggests the need for high-yield DEI resources. To describe and identify DEI efforts by US residency program director (PD) associations and areas for collaboration among the GME community.
