So far little are the studies that have focussed on exploring school principals' self-conception of their distributed leadership competencies in relation to their managerial and teaching experience. To do so, an exploratory research was carried out with a sample of 163 pre-service and in-service school principals studying a Master's programme in School Management, Innovation and Leadership at a Spanish University. Data were obtained by using an questionnaire of 7 units of competence and 5 proficiency levels for each unit, based on an existing rubric to analyse students' self-conception of their development of leadership competencies.

View Article and Find Full Text PDFThe composition of fingermark residue has been an important topic in forensic science, mainly in efforts to better understand and eventually improve the efficacy of latent fingermark detection methods. While the lipid fraction has been extensively studied, there is currently little information about how the glyceride fraction of latent fingermarks is chemically altered over time following deposition. A previously reported untargeted ultra performance liquid chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-IMS-QToF-MS) method was used to investigate changes over time in fingermark di- and triglycerides.

For the past 15 years, a regular indoor football competition has been taking place in Madrid (Spain) with 15 teams from different mental health services in the city, in which teams face off weekly as part of a competition lasting nine months of the year. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate whether participating in this league, called Ligasame, has an influence on participants' self-stigma.
