Objective: In the general population, there has been a noticeable rise in the dispensing of gabapentinoids in recent years. The aim of this study was to provide an overview of all available data on the use and safety of gabapentinoids during pregnancy.
Methods: A systematic review was performed in PubMed and Reprotox using the search terms: "gabapentin", "pregabalin", "antiepileptic drugs" and terms associated with pregnancy.
Four BODIPY dyes (6a-6d) with electron-donating or electron-withdrawing groups at the -position were synthesized by the Sonogashira coupling reaction of 2,5-diethynylthieno[3,2-]thiophene with mono-iodo-BODIPY moieties. All compounds were fully characterized by H NMR and MALDI-TOF MS. Their photophysical and electrochemical properties were studied by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy, two-photon excitation spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry.

Methods: We conducted a case-control study using the EFEMERIS cohort, a database containing pregnancies registered in Haute-Garonne and their outcomes. We collected OA descriptions of fetuses at the time of pregnancy termination or of children at birth and the results of eye examinations of children at 9 months and 2 years of age.
