- After laparoscopic gallbladder surgery, some older patients experience confusion called postoperative delirium, which this study wanted to understand better.
- The researchers tested 84 patients over 60 years old to see how their Mini-Cog scores (a simple brain test) and two anesthesia methods (sevoflurane and TIVA) affected their chances of getting delirium.
- They found that patients with low Mini-Cog scores had a higher risk of confusion after surgery, and those who received sevoflurane were more likely to experience delirium compared to those who had TIVA.
Purpose: Considering the key roles and responsibilities of nurses in ensuring medication safety, it is necessary to understand nurses' competence in medication safety. Therefore, it was aimed to introduce a scale evaluating the medication safety competence of nurses into Turkish and to contribute to the literature by determining the medication safety competence levels of nurses.

Objectives: This study was conducted to determine the use of traditional and complementary treatment in wound care and the opinions of individuals in Turkey.
Methods: The descriptive study was completed with 536 adult individuals. The research data were collected using the "Personal Information Form", "Questionnaire on Traditional and Complementary Treatment Methods Used in Wound Care" and "Questionnaire on Opinions Regarding the Use of Traditional and Complementary Treatment in Wound Care" prepared in line with the literature.
Aim: Generation Z students do not get much benefit from traditional distance education methods. Instead, they need new platforms and methods that will motivate them and increase their success.
Methods: A randomized controlled study was performed on 42 students.

In this investigation, we identify a key factor which contributes to food waste-imperfect fruits and vegetables (FaVs), defined as foods that are non-uniform in shape, color, or texture.
