: This article reviews the current state of pharmaceutical care in community pharmacies in Poland and proposes a collaborative framework for its advancement. While pharmaceutical care has evolved significantly worldwide, with Europe leading the way, Poland has lagged in its development. Although Polish pharmacists are well-qualified and community pharmacies are numerous, pharmaceutical care remains underdeveloped.

- From 2012 onwards, numerous local governments initiated infertility diagnosis and treatment initiatives, with a peak in implementation in 2019 and 2020, encompassing over 22,000 participants and costing over EUR 10.7 million.
- Despite these programs, most couples facing infertility have had to pay for treatments like in vitro fertilization out of pocket due to limited government co-financing efforts.
Introduction: Meningococcal vaccinations are recommended by Polish public health authorities but lack coverage under health insurance, prompting Local Government Units (LGUs) to implement local health policy programs. This study examines the effectiveness and impact of LGU-driven meningococcal vaccination initiatives in Poland between 2017 and 2021.
Material And Methods: A retrospective analysis utilized data from reports on local public health interventions submitted annually to the Ministry of Health in Poland.
