[Homocysteine and coronary events in coronary disease patients].

The objective of this study was to determine the prognostic value of serum homocysteine levels in patients with coronary heart disease. Homocysteine was assayed in 76 coronary patients with a mean age of 59.2 years hospitalized for myocardial ischaemia or myocardial infarction.
