Case Presentation: After a twisting knee injury, a 30-year-old man was complaining of left knee pain and locking.
Lisfranc injuries are relatively rare, accounting for only 0.2% of all injuries. It is even rarer to have this injury bilaterally, and not many case reports have been published on this topic.
