Introduction: Posterior urethral valves may lead to persistent hydronephrosis (HN) and bladder dysfunction despite successful endoscopic valve ablation (EVA).
Objectives: To evaluate the effect of overnight bladder drainage (OBD) on upper urinary tracts and bladders of boys post EVA.
Materials And Methods: Boys who had persistent HN after EVA were included.
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease involving complex immune dysregulation, including the OX40-OX40L pathway. Rocatinlimab and amlitelimab, monoclonal antibodies targeting OX40 and OX40L, respectively, have shown promise in treating moderate-to-severe AD. Both therapies have demonstrated significant efficacy in reducing disease severity, with favorable safety profiles and no serious treatment-related adverse events.

Methods: The study included 100 consecutive patients with NMIBC prospectively given intradermal PPD 1-2 weeks before starting BCG therapy. Another 100 patients with NMIBC not given intradermal PPD before starting BCG were chosen as a historical control.
