BACKGROUND Antidopaminergic medications, including antipsychotics, are known to worsen motor and neuropsychiatric symptoms, including cognition and psychosis, in patients with dementia with Lewy body (DLB). The intensity of worsened clinical symptoms may vary and can result in mortality in certain situations. There have been some reports supporting clozapine, quetiapine and pimavanserin use in psychosis control in this population.

Peroral cholangioscopy (POC) provides minimally invasive, direct endoscopic visualization of the biliary ductal system for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. Video 1This video is our description of use of the novel dynamic rigidizing overtube in a challenging colonoscopy case in which looping was causing significant bradycardia and inability to advance the colonoscope to the cecum. The rigidizing overtube, through sequential cycles of its flexible and rigidized state, allowed for easy movement of the colonoscope to the cecum.
