Objective:  The search for an ideal obturating material has taken precedence due to the revolution of the materials used in pediatric endodontics. With zinc oxide, calcium hydroxide, and metronidazole as its core constituents, an unique obturating material was developed. To aid in the healing process, the material should be biocompatible and most importantly it should not have any negative consequences.

Background: Helicobacter pylori infection and the resulting inflammation of the stomach are widely recognized as the primary risk factors for the development of gastric cancer (human health). Complication Rates Following Tibial Tubercle Osteotomy With and Without Distalization in Young Patients With Patellar Instability: A Multicenter Study.

Background: Tibial tubercle osteotomy (TTO) is a surgical procedure for the management of patellofemoral instability (PFI). Tubercle distalization requires a complete osteotomy detachment and has been shown to have an increased rate of certain complications in predominantly adult cohorts. With this study we identify and compare the complication rate of 2 TTO techniques-anteromedializing alone (AM) and anteromedializing with concomitant distalization (AMD) among young patients.

Development of clinical practice guidelines and primary care referral pathways for management of otorhinolaryngological conditions in Pakistan.

Background: Diseases of the ear, nose, and throat (ENT) account for a significant portion of a primary care physician's practice in Pakistan, a South Asian lower-middle income country. This increasing burden demands comprehensive clinical practice guidelines and primary care clinical referral algorithms to be devised so that general physicians can adequately provide standardized primary health care and prevent needless specialist ENT referrals.

Methods: We selected eight guidelines regarding epistaxis, neck masses, hearing loss, Meniere's disease, dysphonia, allergic rhinitis, acute otitis externa, and rhinosinusitis from the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Foundation as the source guidelines and employed the GRADE-ADOLOPMENT approach to contextualize guidelines by adopting, adapting, or excluding recommendations from these guidelines.
