For the purposes of this work, children with disabilities include disabled children or children aged 0 to 8 years who are not recognized as disabled in the prescribed manner, but who have temporary or permanent deviations in physical and (or) mental development (hereinafter - children with disabilities). The legislative basis for the implementation of the rights and opportunities of children with disabilities and their families is constituted by constitutional provisions that enshrine state guarantees for the protection of childhood, motherhood, paternity, family (part 1 of article 38, paragraph "g.1" of part 1 of article 72 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation).

The paper presents a program for simulating electron scattering in layered materials . Calculations show that the absorbed energy density is three-dimensional, while the contribution of the forward-scattered electrons is better described by a power function rather than the commonly used Gaussian. It is shown that for the practical correction of the proximity effect, it is possible, nevertheless, to use the classical two-dimensional proximity function containing three parameters: α, β, η.

For the first time, a comprehensive review of the literature data on the use of apricot () biomass components as a sorption material for the treatment of wastewater and environmental water from various pollutants is carried out in the present study. In addition to a comprehensive analysis of contemporary studies, the current work carried out its own microstructural and energy dispersive studies. It shows that apricot kernel shell is a promising raw material for obtaining sorption materials that can be used to extract various pollutants from aqueous media.

The article presents information about a significant number of people older than working age, disabled people and recipients of social services in stationary form and about the unfavorable forecast of the number of people older than 65 years for 2024 and 2030 in the Russian Federation, which determines the need for legal regulation of their lifestyle issues with respect for human rights to lead an independent lifestyle. The authors present an analysis of the federal and regional legal framework in terms of determining the circumstances under which a citizen is recognized as needing social services, the participation of local self-government bodies and subordinate organizations in the provision of social services, the implementation of social support, the introduction of hospital-substituting social service technologies. The article discusses the trends and ways to improve the legal regulation of social services for elderly and disabled citizens at home from the perspective of the introduction of hospital-substituting elements.

Objective: To analyze the health resort care (HRC) system for people with disabilities and provide the rationale of the HRC system improvements.

Material And Methods: A content analysis of the regulatory framework and analysis of data from the Forms of Federal Statistical Monitoring of Rosstat, the Russian Ministry of Health, and the Russian Ministry of Labor were performed.

Results: The 19 main legal and regulatory documents are presented, and the 16 main areas of legal regulation on the HRC organization are highlighted.
