The impact of microgel particles onto a wall represents an elementary process that determines the one-stage production of a biopolymer layer on a nanofiber scaffold in the framework of tissue bioengineering. The formation of a microgel layer is experimentally examined on a hydrophobic uniform surface and a nonwoven polymer membrane made of vinylidene fluoride-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer. In-air microfluidics methods, namely, an external vibration disturbance on the microflow of a cross-linkable biopolymer, make it possible to form the microstructures of "beads-on-thread" with a uniform distance between microgel particles of identical size (340-480 μm, depending on the sample).

Monomeric and heterodimeric peptides connected by disulfide bonds at different positions were synthesized. Solubility, RBD-binding affinity, and peptide helicity were experimentally measured, and molecular dynamics simulation was performed in various solvents.

The form of the palato-alveolar complex was found to change significantly with the loss of teeth. Thus the palato-alveolar complex with well expressed alveolar process of the upper jaw and high palatal vault more often corresponded to the maxillarysinus of a trihedral or uncertain form with the varying degrees of pneumatization.

No statistically significant differences in the parameters of a palato-alveolar complex were established between the groups systematized by the value of their transverse-longitudinal index of the brain skull. However, the significant differences were found between the groups of skulls, selected by the value of upper facial index.

A method for obtaining superparamagnetic nanoparticles based on ferric oxide with the magnetic nucleus diameter of 12 ± 3 nm coated with BSA and forming stable water dispersions was developed. The structure and size of the nanoparticles were studied by transmissive electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering, and x-ray phase analysis.
