Objective: To evaluate the results of endovascular surgery in patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) with infrainguinal arterial disease GLASS III.
Material And Methods: Treatment outcomes were analyzed for the period 2017-2018. Inclusion criteria were age over 18 years, CLTI, extended (>20 cm) stenosis and occlusion of femoropopliteal segment (FPS) combined with occlusive lesion of tibial arteries.
