Assessment of the underreporting of rhinitis in patients with asthma: A MASK-air® real-world study.

Rhinitis is a common comorbidity in patients with asthma. However, the frequency of underreported rhinitis in asthma is not known. In this study, we aimed to assess the characteristics of patients with self-reported asthma and no self-reported rhinitis, as well as the extent of the underreporting of rhinitis.

Introduction: The severity of spinal cord injury (SCI) is closely tied to pulmonary function, especially in cases of higher SCI levels. Costs and characteristics of admissions due to ambulatory care-sensitive conditions in children under one year of age in São Paulo, Brazil.

This research aimed to estimate the direct costs and analyze the epidemiological aspects of ambulatory care-sensitive conditions (ACSC) in children under one year of age, São Paulo municipality, 2011-2022. Total and average costs were calculated according to ACSC diagnosis groups by components (early neonatal, late neonatal, and post-neonatal). The trend in ACSC rates was analyzed using Prais-Winsten generalized linear regression.

Lactating women and the perception of useful value for breastfeeding in a prison environment.

The aim is to unveil the useful value of breastfeeding for lactating women in a prison environment, based on Max Scheler's axiological perspective. This work was a qualitative, developed in a prison unit in Rio de Janeiro, where seven lactating women were interviewed. The phenomenological interview was used for data collection, while Laurence Bardin's content analysis was used for data analysis and treatment.
