[Comparative assessment of the intensity of caries among dental patients of older age groups in need of removable prosthetics, registered by a phthisiatician and their perception of an artificial ageist situation.].

Improving the quality of life of older age groups is an urgent problem of medicine, including its components: gerontology, phthisiology and dentistry. The objectives of the study are: to establish the importance of tuberculosis as an infection that causes the intensity of caries among patients of older age groups; assessment using the Palmore scale of gerontological ageism «The ageism survey» and patients' perception of an artificial situation of age inequality. The study involved elderly (n=122) and senile (n=121) persons with partial secondary adentia who needed removable dentures.

[The comparative evaluation of accessibility of stomatological care for municipal and rural population of the Belgorod Oblast].

At the actual stage of becoming of Russian stomatology, the problem of sustainable development of rural stomatological care, as system of local formations of complex medical social nature belongs to national priorities and is considered as one of most important directions of public social policy. The stomatological health of rural population is to be considered as indicator of national stomatological health. This is confirmed by spatial structure: rural territories (inhabited territories outside cities) cover 2/3 of territory of the Russian Federation with population of 37.

[The accessibility of stomatological care for patients with limited capacities in conditions of COVID-19 pandemic].

The article considers the problem of access to stomatological care, in particular to prosthetic dentistry, for people with limited health capacities in conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. The range of factors impeding to get quality dental services in state stomatological polyclinics and at home was established by empirical study organized in two Subjects of the Russian Federation located in the Central Federal Okrug.

[The role on medical education in implementation of program "Zemstvo doctor"].

The article presents the results of study concerning improving medical care quality in rural areas. The purpose was to investigate the characteristics of medical personnel training in the framework of the "Zemstvo Doctor" program. The activities of the University were analyzed concerning implementation of professional training of medical personnel and including continuing medical education.

[The social interactions as a factor of activity of the elderly and the disabled in receiving dental services].

The article presents the features of the influence of social interactions on the social activity of older people and people with disabilities and their choice of types of social services. The Laboratory of Social Projects of the Belgorod National Research University in February - June 2018 conducted a sociological survey among the elderly and disabled of the Belgorod Region of Russia (240 people) to reveal knowledge about dental health and the prevention of dental diseases. The research methods were, firstly, the content analysis of individual social rehabilitation cards for the elderly and the disabled, and secondly, the survey of the elderly and the disabled.
