The results of extensive investigations of the responses of living systems to superweak influences are summarized. The results of the effect of ultralow concentrations of various biologically active substances and ultraweak physical fields (primarily electromagnetic) on biological systems of different level of organization, from molecular to population, were considered. Several single-type regularities peculiar to all systems were revealed: polymodal dose dependences, the efficiency of influences at doses below the background level and its dependence on the state of the system, the modification of the sensitivity of a system to subsequent influences, etc.

It was shown that, if the histograms were constructed over a total period of 15 min and more, the "local zone effect" and the circadian periodicity in the similarity of histogram structure, observed during measurements in Pushchino, are not found in measurements on board the ship near the North Pole (latitude 82 degrees). If the histograms were constructed over a total time of 1 min, a strict periodicity ("stellar day" 23 h 56 min) in the appearance of similar histograms in Pushchino and the Arctic and a strict synchronicity of the appearance of similar histograms of measurements in Pushchino and on board the ship at the same local geographical time were observed.

An interconnection and hierarchic coordination of the parameters of different levels were revealed, which are confirmed by multiple correlations between them. An interrelation between the processes of peroxidation of brain membrane lipids, the level of direct current potential, and the behavior of animals was shown.

It is shown that changes in neurophysiological and biochemical characteristics have an M-shaped character. The synchronization of age-dependent changes in the content of lipid peroxidation products and the dynamics of direct current potentials was revealed.
