Background: The authors were aiming to conduct the comparative analysis of the frequency of formation of pelvic dysfunctions after surgical correction of genitalia prolapse in women by a vaginal approach using native tissue repair of the vaginal paries and synthetic implants.
Methods: The study included 546 patients with stage II-IV genitalia prolapse according to the POP-Q classification. The quality of life was assessed using PD-QL and PFIQ-7 questionnaires.
The questions of forming of wine's flavour integral estimation during the tasting are discussed, the advantages and disadvantages of the procedures are declared. As investigating materials we used the natural white and red wines of Russian manufactures, which were made with the traditional technologies from Vitis Vinifera, straight hybrids, blending and experimental wines (more than 300 different samples). The aim of the research was to set the correlation between the content of wine's nonvolatile matter and wine's tasting quality rating by mathematical statistics methods.
