[State of individual health: a forecast of effectiveness of the organism activity].

This article presents the forecast of a state of a human health basing on system approach, a system of indices, suggests a method of evaluation of the forecast of effectiveness of an organism work, offers the basic ratios for calculations, and gives an example.

The author offers to approach a human organism as a complicated hierarchical system, considers the groups of indices describing the level of human health, gives the methods of their calculation, suggests a technique to calculate effectiveness of organism work, given examples.

[Potentialities of x-ray diagnosis in improving the diagnosis of oncologic diseases in outpatient clinics].

The authors analyze the possibilities of improving the prehospital diagnosis of the most prevalent oncologic diseases (tumors of the lungs, stomach, large intestine, mammary gland) that may be effectively detected by modified methods of x-ray and x-ray fluorographic examinations. The x-ray diagnostic service of health centers is regarded as a most important component in the system of prehospital diagnosis. A program of reorganization of this service is suggested, that will help reorient its activities to purposeful screening examinations that will altogether improve the detection of a number of oncologic diseases.

[The use of fluorography in the diagnosis of tumors of the large intestine].

A current approach to the perfection of the diagnosis of colonic tumors is proposed in patients at risk by means of introduction into the ambulatory health care system (polyclinics, diagnostic centers) of standardized colonic fluorography followed by endoscopy in necessary cases. The main organizational and methodological principles of the use of colonic fluorography were worked out as a method of screening to reveal colonic tumors. It is suggested that such new elements as the "prescopic stage" realized outside the radiation zone, automated distant air inflation into the colon and so forth may be introduced in colonic fluorographic examination.
