Purpose Of The Study: improving the surgical treatment of biliary pancreatitis by using a universal retractor and improved methods of omentobursostomy with drainage of the omental bursa.
Study Design: Non-randomized controlled clinical trial Material and methods: This study included thirty-nine patients who underwent surgical procedures between October 2022 and September 2023 in Semey, located in the Abay region. The study examined the general characteristics of surgical interventions performed for acute biliary pancreatitis using our proposed treatment methods and devices to improve the outcomes of acute biliary pancreatitis.

In combined burn strictures of the esophagus and a pyloroantral part of the stomach with a large area of the lesion the method of repair of enteral alimentation was successfully applied. This method lies in creation of distal ended gastrostoma on the anterior wall of the stomach with gastroenterostomy by Roux.

Based on an analysis of immediate (388 patients) and long-term (259 patients) results of surgical treatment of ulcer disease of the duodenum complicated by stenosis the authors made a conclusion that selective proximal vagotomy in combination with dissection of the ulcer substrate (the stenosis area) without injuries of the pyloric constrictor is the operation of choice in treatment of ulcerous duodenal stenosis resulting in less lethality (0.52%), in practical exclusion of the development of functional disorders and impaired nutrition of the patients.
