Synthesis of New Thiazole-Pyrazole Analogues: Molecular Modelling, Antiproliferative/Antiviral Activities, and ADME Studies.

Twelve thiazole-pyrazole analogues 4, 6, and 8 were synthesized by introducing various pyrazole systems into the core, 2-((4-acetylphenyl)amino)-4-methylthiazole (2), through many synthetic approaches. The density functional theory (DFT) study of the synthesized analogues revealed coincided configurations of their highest occupied and lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals (HOMO and LUMO), except for the nitro derivatives, in which the intramolecular charge-transfer (CT) may be denoted as π → π* and n → π*. In addition, the in vitro antiproliferative efficacy towards some cancer cell lines was examined (Panc-1, HT-29, MCF-7) and the non-cancerous (WI-38), using Dasatinib (Reference).

Evaluation of the marginal fit and fracture resistance of interim restorations fabricated using different techniques: an in vitro study.

Background: Interim restorations are essential for preserving structural integrity and function until the definitive restoration is placed. Their mechanical properties and marginal fit are crucial for clinical performance and are influenced by the fabrication technique and material used.

Aim: The aim of this in vitro study was to investigate the marginal fit and fracture resistance of manually fabricated, computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) milled, and CAD/CAM three-dimensionally (3D) printed 3-unit interim fixed dental prostheses (FDPs).

Using the most reliable approach is essential for the exact interrogation and cross-examination of complex and multi-high-dimensional "Multi-omics" cancer genomics data. In recent years, deep learning has been successfully utilized to deal with large cancer genomics data and has the potential to transform predictive biology.

Daylighting and Patients' Access to View Assessment in the Palestinian Hospitals' ICUs.

Daylight and access to a view out are vital factors in improving patients' wellness, side by side healthcare providers' satisfaction and productivity in intensive care units (ICUs). Unfortunately, insufficient attention was paid to this issue in Palestine resulting in many ICU designs lacking the required daylight and access to view, which, in turn, negatively affects patients' wellness, increasing delirium incidence and sleep disorders. This study aims to assess the Palestinian hospitals' ICUs in terms of daylight and patients' access to view by conducting daylight measurements and field observations.

New Benzothiazole-Thiadiazole-Based Ketones as Potential Antiviral and Anticancer Agents: Synthesis, DFT, and Molecular Docking Studies.

Various substituted benzothiazole-thiadiazole-based ketones 4a-i and 6a-c were synthesized and characterized by the IR, NMR, and MS spectral data. The DFT study of the synthesized ketones 4 and 6 displayed matched configurations of their HOMO and LUMO, with the exception of the nitrophenyl derivatives, whose HOMO extended over the entire molecule. Meanwhile, the antiproliferative effectiveness of the produced ketones was evaluated against diverse cell lines and compared with the reference drug Erlotinib.
